Lucrecia, the woman who cannot die, condemned to an eternity of torment and pain.

Lucrecia was once a scientist, partnered with Dr. Gast on the J-E-N-O-V-A Project. When he left, she was partnered with the sinister, oily man, known as Dr. Hojo, he whom would later destroy her and the man she loved... Vincent Valentine.

The young Turk was at first, a friend, whom Lucrecia could talk to when she wasn't experimenting with Jenova's cells. But he became much, much more. When he proposed, Lucrecia was confused by her feelings for him, and she ran away from him.

If only she hadn't.

In an attempt to stop her confusion, or as a result of it; Lucrecia let Hojo impregnate her, and experiment on their unborn child. But after she gave birth to her son, Hojo ruthlessly snatched him from her arms, and she realized only too late, what she had done.

Not only did she lose her son, but she lost her humanity.

The injection of Jenova cells into her womb, caused Lucrecia to be unable to die. She is forever trapped in this world, unable to pass on to The Promised Land, as a spirit.
